Lambda Upsilon Xi Sorority, Incorporated is a non-collegiate sisterhood founded by four dynamic women — LaDeidra Williams, Felicia Quinton, Carla Grier, and Tiffany Shepard — who shared a bold vision: to create a space where women could rise in power, purpose, and prestige. Designed for women ages 25 and up, Lambda Upsilon Xi is The Standard. The Statement. The Sisterhood.
Our mission is to uplift women through leadership, service, style, and legacy. Known as the Glamour Girls, our members embody strength, elegance, and ambition. We are polished, powerful, and paid — unapologetically. We lead with style and hustle with heart.
We also mentor the next generation through our youth division, Legacy Lilies, guiding girls ages 5 to 17 to grow in grace, intelligence, and purpose while maintaining academic excellence.

Do:
- Represent with confidence and class
- Educate your audience about our symbols and traditions
- Respect the space, tone, and intention of every performance or post
- Practice routines safely and inclusively
Don’t:
- Use our hand sign or branding in sexually suggestive or harmful ways
- Record private sorority meetings, ceremonies, or rituals
- Perform without chapter awareness or approval
- Associate the sorority with profanity, alcohol abuse, or illegal behavior in public forums

We chose the cheetah because she represents grace under pressure, speed with precision, and unmatched fierceness. Much like our members, she’s bold, focused, elegant, and unbothered by comparison. Cheetahs don’t chase trends — they lead with strength, style, and silence. That’s the essence of a Glamour Girl.
