At Lambda Upsilon Xi Sorority, Inc. (LUX Sorority), we believe sisterhood shines brightest when it serves others. Since our founding, we have:

Fed over 100 homeless neighbors and served 200 children at our Back-to-School Bash.

Assisted survivors of domestic violence with resources and support.

Provided school supplies, mentorship, and opportunities for youth empowerment.

Offered compassion, service, and community connection wherever it’s needed.

These accomplishments are only the beginning.

Our Ultimate Goal

We are working to establish a comprehensive Resource Hub that will:

Provide food, shelter, and clothing to families in crisis.

Support domestic violence survivors with safe spaces and resources.

Offer free community classes in life skills, literacy, and empowerment.

Create youth programs that guide the next generation with mentorship and leadership training.

Serve as a disaster and catastrophe relief center, ready to respond when communities need it most.

Expand access to tutoring and literacy programs by partnering with Be Lit to help students succeed in reading, writing, and academics.
